His role has been equal parts challenger and champion - asking the hard questions while helping Barramundi move faster with more confidence. As founder of North Star Advisory, Phil brings over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and performance coach. He built Breakaway Sports from the ground up into a $100M+ national enterprise over two decades, then went on to found and exit multiple ventures across apparel, screen printing, and real estate. Phil began his career as an options and futures trader in New York and Singapore, and today teaches entrepreneurship at the University of Denver, where he has mentored over 300 students.
