David brings his experience in investment banking and investing to assist analyzing new investment opportunities for the firm. He is on the Investment Committee and a member of the Compliance Committee. In addition, David is the President of Barramundi Capital, the broker dealer (“B/D”) affiliate of the firm. He oversees the private placement function and compliance with all regulations related to the B/D. David has over thirty years of experience in investment banking and asset management. He was with JP Morgan for over 27 years in both M&A and leading the Health Group in investment banking for his last twelve years there. After leaving JP Morgan, he joined Integrated Finance Limited where he developed the SmartNest 401(k) asset allocation product which was sold to Dimensional Fund Advisors in 2010. David graduated from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He served on the Hobart and William Smith Colleges Board of Trustees for 15 years, serving 9 as Chairman. David is on the Board of PHIO Pharmaceuticals, a biotech company targeting carcinoma. David is originally from New York. He resides in Ocean Ridge, Florida. He is married with two grown children and has 4 grandchildren, 3 girls and 1 boy.
