Madding King first joined IDFund in 2024 and now continues with Barramundi Advisors LLC as Managing Director, United States, where he partners with investors and brings two decades of crypto and capital markets experience to the firm's Investor Community. Madding began his career as a trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he spent a decade from 1997 to 2007. He then joined Brookline Investments to build out its private equity and venture capital platform, and founded Brookline Group, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. In 2012, he became a founding partner of Camp One Ventures, an early-stage venture firm. Madding holds Series 7 and Series 24 licenses. He graduated from Vanderbilt University and studied at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Based in Nashville, Madding lives with his wife Carmen and their three children. Outside the office, he is an avid skier and mountain biker, a dedicated crypto enthusiast, and an active biohacker.
